After grabbing a win against Regional rival RWD the previous day, the Sauk Prairie Peewee ‘A’ Flyers traveled to Pierce Park Pavilion in Baraboo Nov. 7 dropping a tough 3-1 decision against the Middleton Peewee ‘A’ Cardinals.

Luke Strasia scored the lone goal of the first period for the Cardinals and it stood up through the second period as well. Strasia added another 24 seconds into the final period and Emmalyn Ezman padded the margin with 7:15 to go.

Baryn Macleish-Breunig gave his team some consolation, scoring an unassisted goal with 3:19 to play, denying goaltender Alex Daubenspeck a shutout. He ended up with 13 saves while Jameson Ballweg kicked out 21 of 24 in goal for the Flyers.
